Soni Resources is partnering with a reputable Nonprofit Organization that is seeking a Temporary
Office Manager to join their team! The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing a team and share a passion for helping those in need.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise Paralegals and Support staff in their various job functions
- Liaise with building management, vendors, agencies, and the courthouse community as needed
- Foster and maintain relationships with counterparts in other offices and departments
- General administrative functions
- Ensure the proper implementation of office procedures and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-3 years prior experience as an administrative supervisor
- Sharepoint experience
- Strong computer skills required with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Compensation: $35-$40/ Hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
