Hours: Full-time (40 hours a week)

Work Location: Duvall, WA & Remote
Wage: $64,000-$68,000 per year

At Acres of Diamonds, we provide homeless moms and kids non-traditional, community-based transitional housing. We are a faith-based, non-profit company striving to make an impact and a difference. Homeless families experience generations of poverty, abuse, domestic violence, and addiction. Position Summary:
The Community Engagement Project Manager is highly organized and influential and has exceptional multitasking abilities, including attention to detail, flexibility, and strong communication skills. This person will have a creative mindset and work closely with the Director of Community Engagement to manage the day-to-day execution, coordination and management of the Community Engagement team including Major Gift, Capital Campaign, Event and Grant support.
Responsibilities:
· Work collaboratively with the Director of Community Engagement to prepare for and follow up on team meetings. This could include drafting and compiling agendas, taking notes, and delivering action items, managing execution of tasks, drafting follow-up materials for review… etc.
· Manage major gift portfolios and capital campaign portfolios for the relational team as well as our volunteer and board teams as we steward donors and prospects through the identification, cultivation, invitation, and stewardship stages. Design and draft materials for donors at all levels.
· Prioritize donors, conduct research, and draft communications, proposals, donor profiles and briefing memos for prospective donors and capital donors.
· Manage the execution of appropriate donor acknowledgment, recognition, and stewardship.
· Assist in strategizing and implementing cultivation and recognition events, as well as the Fall fundraising event.
· Manage our contract grant writer including assembling necessary materials, and gathering data for reports
· Help maintain data and pull reports in our donor management tool: E-tapestry, provide support and assistance, as needed, for management of marketing, mass appeals, check coding, data administration and other donor stewardship support
· Help maintain the team’s high-level goals, key performance indicators, and necessary tasks
· Other duties as assigned by the Director of Community Engagement.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED. higher-level education a plus.
· Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
· 4 + years of experience managing projects, events, and gift portfolios.
· Firm grasp on working with donors and events
· Strong writing and speaking skills
· Data Management
