Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our portfolio of short-term rental properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new property owners and partners to expand our short-term rental inventory.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing property owners and clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies in the short-term rental market.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.
- Contract Negotiation: Handle negotiations and agreements with property owners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in market research and analysis.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the short-term rental market and real estate industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,900.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
