Home Health Aide

ULife Health is searching for someone to join our Compassionate Care Team and fill the role of Home Health Aide. As we are getting started (we are a startup) this role is best for someone looking to help and care for others full-time or part-time. The HHA will provide essential personal and companion care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality care and support with daily tasks that they are unable to perform independently, ensuring their well-being and comfort at all times.

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility by providing physical support and assistance with walking
- Assist with preparing and serving nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, washing dishes, and tidying living spaces
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Escort those in our care to medical appointments and other outings as needed
- Monitor and report any changes to the condition of those in our care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for those in our care
- Effectively communicate with those in our care
- Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships
- Do so with Compassion, Kindness, and Empathy
What Is Required?
- High School Diploma or GED
- Arizona HHA/CNA Certification
- 1+ Year HHA/CNA Experience
- First Aid Certified
- CPR Certified
- AZ DPS Fingerprint Card
- Valid Arizona Drivers License (proof of insurance required if providing transportation services)
- TB Clearance
- Basic Life Support (preferred)
*First Aid / CPR / Fingerprint Card may be obtained after hire

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Standard shift:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
Weekly schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- AZ DPS Fingerprint Card (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
- Mesa, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
