Job Title: Digital Marketing and Operations Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven digital marketing and operations marketer to join our team in a hybrid capacity in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, a creative mindset, and a proven track record in implementing successful B2C marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for creating marketing assets, implementing campaigns and reporting on initiatives that drive prospect and customer engagement that focus on new member sales.
The IDEAL professional for this role will:
- Have 3+ years of implementing marketing campaigns with activities including social media plan implementation and KPI measurement, email marketing copy, CRM/CMS content and lead management, creative brief creation and campaign report creation.
- Enjoy making data-driven decisions and putting systems in place to help create and manage data for marketing efforts.
- Want to learn how to become a better marketer, is not a know-it-all, and understands the importance of persona identification and attraction in marketing campaign execution and optimization.
- Feel comfortable working with external vendors as well as independently, while working with limited supervision.
- Have experience implementing and monitoring data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Have a general understanding of the functionalities of marketing software and systems that support sales-oriented marketing goals (i.e. lead flow set up, funnel stage optimization technologies, social media management platforms, data analytics, etc…).
- Be comfortable using and reporting back on information generated from Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc….
The WRONG professional for this role will:
- Place an emphasis on creating and driving marketing strategies and campaign ideas. This activity will be included as a complement to the role, but will not be a focus or prime directive of it.
- Have never implemented or have limited experience implementing marketing campaign assets and processes to support them. This individual is comfortable implementing marketing campaign materials into digital and physical systems of operation.
- Have a primary focus on brand management and design. Although these facets will be a part of this role’s responsibilities to help oversee, it will not be a primary directive.
- Only has experience in digital marketing or traditional marketing. Understanding both digital marketing and traditional marketing and being able to advise on the proper application of such is imperative for this role.
- Be looking for a field marketing-heavy role. This position will be hybrid, in-house and support advising franchisees with their field marketing efforts but will not typically be engaged with members of the community or actively supporting sales teams with on-site assistance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing:
- Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including channel materials such as those found within social media, email marketing, CRM/CMS, content marketing and paid advertising.
- Create, implement and measure engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email newsletters.
- Set up processes and systems for inbound marketing support requests and the fulfillment of such requests, utilizing project management software such as ClickUp to properly manage requests for support and delivery.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Write content for and and audit franchisee marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Work with design teams and third-party vendors to produce high-quality marketing assets that are on brand.
- Customer Engagement:
- Support the implementation of new sales, offers and loyalty programs at the franchisee-level that help increase customer retention and advocacy.
- Remotely support franchisees with requested marketing, sales and advertising materials for their endeavors to conduct activities that engage with their local community.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Utilize data to optimize marketing strategies and improve future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience in a franchise organization preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in traditional marketing or field marketing
- Proven experience in implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
