Nelson Propane Gas, Inc., is searching for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this position you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer through inbound and outbound telephone calls and will work closely with internal and external customers to provide an unparalleled customer experience.

Responsibilities
Handles incoming customer calls, ensuring proper processing of service and delivery orders, as well as engaging the appropriate field personnel to ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion.
Utilizes CRM to administrate new customer account setup.
Performs soft collection activities for customers with past due balances.
Participates in company growth strategy through performance of outbound retention and prospective customer calls.
Once appropriate training and licensing is obtained, will provide propane dispensing service for various DOT cylinders, as required by specific needs of walk-in traffic.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on developing rapport with both internal and external customers
Strong organizational and data entry skills a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
