Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling - consultative sales
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Achieve weekly metrics: action and results
- Conduct exterior property inspections for residences or businesses
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Educate property owners about products, industry trends, and our process
- Make recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Manage pipelines through CRM systems
- Maintain constant communication with company management, property owners, and office staff
- Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings
- Work toward stretch goals and career development each day
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in a "hunter role", prospecting new clients (preferred, not required)
- Must have a personal, reliable vehicle
- Able to work in an independent and/or team environment
- Track record of accomplishments or goals achieved (preferred, not required)
- Residential construction knowledge (Roofing, Siding, Gutters) preferred not required
- Experience in customer service related roles (preferred, not required)
- Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screening

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
