We are looking for a dynamic, motivated BCaBA to join our team. The “Captain” will be working with clients in a clinic/ school based setting. This position has no in-home programs.
As part of our dynamic team of professionals you will:
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc) and functional assessment measures (e.g., FBA)
- Develop individualized goals and objectives for client programs and design behavior intervention plans based on functional assessment data
- Provide supervision to R/BTs and provide constructive feedback on performance
- Provide supervision to BC(a)BA students
- Conduct regular caregiver training and consultation
- Manage and collaborate with other therapeutic and educational providers involved with clients’ cases
- Help promote a positive and fun working environment and show strong leadership skills
Qualifications:
- Current BCaBA Certification (required) and LBA in NC (preferred)
- Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) and completion of VCS in ABA
- At least 1 year of BCaBA experience (highly preferred)
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed salaried position based on 25-30 billable hours per week. Yearly merit increases, generous PTO time, and paid holidays.
