Compensation: $80k -100k
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Establishing and maintaining a virtual PMO to oversee strategic projects.
- Leading and developing the EMR Application Support team to ensure high client service levels.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support and resolve application issues.
- Identifying deficiencies and recommending new software solutions.
- Managing projects for the implementation and upgrade of enterprise applications.
- Analyzing trends to prevent repeated issues and improving support tools and processes.
- Providing leadership, mentoring, and training to the Application and Helpdesk support team.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3-5 years managing electronic medical records (EMR) software support teams
- Experience managing and supporting a service or help desk environment (e.g., incident management; identifying priority issues; deploying and maintaining workstations; installing and supporting operating systems, applications, and drivers; configuring network properties and hardware).
- Proven experience with project management methodologies like Waterfall and Agile.
- Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
- Experienced in leading enterprise projects, people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
