We are looking for a friendly, sales savvy person with computer and payment handling skills to join our medical spa team. In this position, you will be running the front desk, answering questions about medical spa services with focus on scheduling appointments using a multi-line phone and booking software. You will be responsible for sales of skin care, cosmetics, spa treatment packages and gift cards. Light housekeeping of retail area and waiting room are also part of the daily duties of this position. It is important that you have basic problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining composure. Being punctual, reliable, work well in a team environment and have a great attitude are also important. Greeting our guests and being a vital piece to enhancing the experience of our patients is part of what will make you successful in this role.
Required
- High School diploma
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills
- Cash handling skills
- Basic math and memory skills
- Able to work a full 8 hour day
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend down and reach up to shelves
- Be able to perform light lifting
- Previous employment in aesthetics, retail, cosmetics, front desk, med spa, dermatology office, or plastic surgeon's office is a plus
- Must be personally driven by the principles of Honesty, Integrity, Respect, and Service
