Leadership Edge is JPMorgan Chase’s firm-wide suite of training programs designed to help develop outstanding leaders at all levels of management across each line of business, function, and region.
Reporting to the NAMR Head of Program Management, the Program Manager (PM) is a key partner in delivering high quality leadership training to managers. The PM actively manages pre and post program logistics which includes virtual classroom production support and in-person training held at the Pierpont Leadership Center in midtown Manhattan.
The PM oversees the Pierpont Leadership Center. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to managing room requests from other lines of business, engaging with onsite facilities personnel to ensure the space is maintained with a high attention to detail, and ensuring the Leadership Edge storage space is kept organized and neat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Key point of contact to ensure a high-quality experience throughout the participant learning journey
- Responsible for program enrollment, reporting and analytics, and communication
- Providing virtual classroom production support
- Ensuring participant pre-work deliverables are complete prior to program start date
- Managing in-person training logistics: ordering materials and equipment, providing room set-up/break down, ensuring all technology is enabled and ready prior to session, managing catering orders
- Collaborating with faculty, vendors, designers, and conference center on overall program coordination and logistics
- Developing program plans to ensure flawless execution and ensure deliverables are executed as outlined
- Special projects
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in program management
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Strong ability to execute independently across multiple priorities and strong proficiency in Excel including formulas and data analytics
- Proficient creating PowerPoint presentations
- Comfortable working on a virtual team
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with HR colleagues at all levels
- Service oriented and technical savvy
- Strong analytical, organizational and process improvement skills
- Ability to think creatively and share innovative solutions to solve problems
- Bachelor’s degree
