As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for. In this position...
Use company and industry standard processes and tools to plan, design, manage, and utilize gauges for measurement of components and assemblies.
You'll have...
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work any shift as well as rotating shifts and weekends
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Capable of assigning work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work assignments in terms safety, quality, and throughput
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
Even better, you may have...
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Industrial, Electrical/Automation, Mechanical engineering preferred
- Body shop/stamping/paint/subassembly experience preferred
- Safety and Quality experience preferred
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of constraint management principles
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Prior experience managing a unionized work force
