General Description:
This position conducts the daily operations involved in the C-START CTS Center. The position serves as participant support liaison for all community agency trainees, reports to the Project Director for C-START and interfaces with the leadership and evaluation teams. The position is responsible for accurate capture and tracking of all C-START program data to assist with maintaining adequate client files to help ensure the quality of services and timely grant reporting, and in a manner that ensures safeguarding of data integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to all applicable standards.
CTS Center Responsibilities:
· Facilitate staff and community participation in each C-START Learning Collaborative and mini-training.
· Assist with registration for all C-START Learning Collaboratives, handling service provider enrollment and onboarding.
· Assist C-START Project Director and Evaluation Faculty on setting up systems for data collection and management. Work closely with the evaluation team to ensure proper data collection for evaluation.
· Coordinate all logistics for trainings, working with facilities, materials production, and other needs for successful training sessions.
· Manage consultation call scheduling and tracking of participation.
· Arrange for CEUs for participants when appropriate.
· Assist with budget expenses relating to travel, assessment tools, connectivity, and incentives.
· Work closely with training participants to ensure data captured for tracking metrics and assessment tool scores.
· Participate in training sessions, consultation calls and follow up where data collection is involved, working closely with Project Director and Communications Manager.
· Assist with aggregation of data for quarterly reporting and program evaluation.
· Perform related activities, as needed.
Operations Responsibilities:
· Work with IT and staff to troubleshoot and resolve database system issues.
· Assist with reviewing client files to ensure that all required service entries and activities are completed.
· Assist direct care staff with daily operations relating to providing evidence-based interventions.
· Assist with welcoming and responding to clients, MDT staff and other visitors as needed.
· Assist with completing Performance Quality Improvement quarterly for each program, as needed.
· Perform related activities, as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Experience with culturally diverse populations preferred.
· Great organizational and time management skills.
· Great oral and written communication skills.
