Process Engineer
We're a novel semiconductor company that's made a name for ourselves by designing and developing best-in-class solutions for our global clients. We are expanding our team and seeking Process Engineers to join our manufacturing team!
If you're a Sr. process engineer with strong experience optimizing processes while developing new ones & have hands on FAB experience with Photolithography experience, please APPLY NOW!
A Ph.D. (Preferred) or Master's in a relevant field PLUS 3-7 years industry experience in the following:
- Experience with Semiconductor Fabrication with an emphasis on photolithography.
- Photolithography process & tool experience - i.e. IVS, Nanospec, SEM, etc.
- Background developing relevant processes & optimizing current ones
- Primary focus: Photolithography
- DOE (Designs of Experiments), FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis)
- Optimizing current processes while developing new ones
- Improving our compound semiconductor FAB
- Training, certifying operators on processes, writing & releasing process procedures & instructions, sign off on tool / process release into production
- Work directly with integration & other engineers on process development
- Oversee process engineer & technicians, ensuring tasks are moving toward agreed upon plan
- Evaluating metrology tool / processes
- Oversee tools, manufacturing process, production issues, etc.
