An exciting, fun, high volume restaurant is seeking enthusiastic, forward-thinking General Managers to join their team. This person will have a strong hand in continuous menu innovation with the chef and control the flow and operations of the restaurant. There will also be an opportunity to work closely with local vendors to help deliver that fresh local food our guests crave as well as be a champion for the company and our guests. This position requires a leader who can help mold and develop their team around them to help strengthen the foundation of the front of house for the future development of team members. Our General Managers will work hand in hand with the restaurant's Operating Partners to help drive some critical basic controls like food cost, labor, retention of employees, retention of customers & cleanliness within the four walls of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:

Maintain adequate staffing levels to execute daily (hiring & training)

Continuous development of assistant managers and team members

Work on the current menu and daily specials with the chef as well as the bar menu, to provide excellent quality to our guests and worthy financial gains

Keep a sparkling clean dining area and work area (as this is where we serve food to)

Maintain sanitation procedures and organization daily

Placing liquor orders, scheduling, budgeting and inventory controls
Qualifications:
-
Require at least 3 years as a General Manager in a high volume restaurant (doing over 1 million in food sales)

Experience working with P&L's and able to instill change with FOH controls when needed

Excellent verbal, written and computer skills

Experience in leading, training and developing teams with 30+ employees

Multi-unit experience is a plus
