Vogt Silversmiths is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in social media management, a keen eye for creative design, and a passion for Western fashion trends. This role will involve social media management across Instagram and Facebook, creating style guides, writing product descriptions, and supporting various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
● Manage and grow engagement across social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
● Work with the Marketing Director to plan, create, and schedule social media posts aligned with marketing strategies and brand objectives.
● Develop and maintain style guides using Flipsnack to ensure consistent brand representation.
● Stay updated on western fashion trends and integrate them into content strategies.
● Coordinate influencer relationships and manage influencer campaigns to amplify brand presence.
● Coordinate product photography with a photographer by organizing and preparing orders for photography sessions, including detailed instructions.
● Write on-brand copy for social media posts, product descriptions, blogs, and other marketing materials.
● Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns.
● Support the execution of marketing events and promotions both online and offline.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands.
● Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and social media management tools.
● Experience in influencer management and executing influencer campaigns.
● Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
● Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva; basic design skills are a plus.
● Passion for western fashion with a solid understanding of fashion trends.
● Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
● Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
● Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing strategies.
● Proactive problem solver with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
● Experience with Shopify a plus.
