Local Hero is looking for an Operations Manager to join a SaaS marketing technology start-up on the rise. Our ideal candidate scoffs at pressure, is a multi-tasking savant, and loves making to-do lists almost as much as they do finishing them. You love following processes but aren’t afraid to tear them up and make better ones.
Your communication skills will be key as you will be at the center of all the action. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to activate brands, onboard clients, and process orders. Sometimes you’ll evaluate a client order, sometimes you’ll facilitate a media buy, sometimes you’ll manage a third party to build a new ad, but always you’ll be the pulse that ensures we consistently deliver to our clients.
This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations:
Colorado, Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico
A Day in the Life
- Manage existing internal processes and systems
- Facilitate communications with a variety of users and functional areas
- Help process and QA client orders and renewals
- Manage vendor relationships
- Review and optimize creative and media outputs
- Mitigate and problem-solve operational blockers
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain and optimize quality control measures
- Help oversee resource allocation and capacity planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to solve business needs

Here's what you need to get our attention
- Bachelors in relevant area (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years operations, client onboarding, and/or project management experience in a B2B SAAS company or agency
- Proficiency in using operations management software
- Experience with franchisees, digital marketing, design, or technology development

Base Salary: $65k-75k DOE
