Job Summary:
Meneses Law is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and overseeing various legal projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between different departments.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor projects progress, identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate communication and information flow between teams and clients.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents and materials.
- Ability to generate clear and visually appealing reports through effective data visualization techniques in Excel.
- Conduct research to support project requirements and provide relevant information to the legal team.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, as necessary.
- Serve as a point of conduct for project-related inquiries.
- Generate regular status reports to update the executive team on project milestones and outcomes.
- Audit project flow to ensure the progress of workflow and identify project bottlenecks.
- Problem solve project flow issues based on legal regulations and processes.
- Communicate with key executives to determine project requirements and objectives.
- Must be able to deal with different personalities, cooperate with other team members and work under pressure.
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex spreadsheets utilize advanced formulas, and manipulate data effectively.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient with technology and ability to learn our software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good understanding of clerical operations.

- Able to type 45 WPM or more.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and good judgement.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in project coordination.

Compensation:
Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Education/ Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.
Communication Skills:
- Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents. English/ Spanish bilingual oral communication is a must.
Reasoning Skills:
- Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternative and their implications.
Physical Demands:
- This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods.
- Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
Other skills:
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + 2 Saturdays, per month. Must work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
