Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Oversee food production and ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with management to implement new policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen management, food production, and food safety practices
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Experience supervising a team of employees
