Allstates Consulting Services has openings for licensed Master or Journeyman Electricians for the Texas Market. We need a strong Licensed Electrician who has electrical installation experience: preferably with installing backup generator equipment and commercial electrical environments and is familiar with pulling permits and acting as the Qualifier for the company. Must be willing to track assigned sites, train electrical crews, pull permits, and anything else required for the position. You MUST be willing to travel up to 3 to 6 weeks at a time. We have work in multiple states including the state your licensed in but we may require you to travel further from home. Per-diem is paid for all overnight stays, company truck, tools and trailer are provided. These are NOT office sitting or cab of truck sitting positions, you must be able to perform all aspects of the job daily.
Job Summary The Journeyman/Master Electrician will operate as a site Forman and part of a 2 or 3 man crew installing Generator sets at telecom sites and doing other installs as needed. This will involve running all electrical cable, setting and installing associated controls, testing and turn up. The electrician will have 5+ years installing electrical components in commercial, industrial or residential environments. Must have a valid Journeyman or Master Electrical license. Must be able to do work without supervision and possess an electrical license in the state applying for. Must be able to travel 3 to 6 weeks on the road at a time. This is not optional, if you cannot travel do not apply.
Job Type: Full-time W2 with access to benefits.
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour depending on your electrical experience and license. Expected hours: 40 – 65 per week
Travel is mandatory at 3 to 6 weeks on the road with 1 week off. Length out depends on workload.
Per-diem: Set at $125 a day, unless stay is required in a higher cost area. This is paid weekly.
As an Journeyman/Master Electrician:
- Have an up to date resume listing out your electrical experience.
- Must be able to present a Journeyman/Master Electrical License number.
- Possess a good work ethic.
- Be 100% Safety minded.
- Possess your OSHA 10 or 30 Certification.
- Be willing to travel 3 to 4 weeks at a time.
- Must be computer literate and able to communicate effectively.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background, 7 year MVR and drug screening.
- Must be able to certify as a qualifying electrician for the company, if required for your state.
- Must be able to work as an Electrician in a field roll as part of a 2 man team.
