We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a small, fast paced office environment (located in Berkeley Heights, NJ). This position requires a highly motivated, detail oriented self-starter. This position requires someone who can competently:
- Receive incoming calls from customers including product inquiries, order placing and billing questions. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve customer calls through problem solving and product knowledge.
- Data entry of customer orders.
- Perform day to day administrative tasks.
- Serve as liaison between office and warehouse staff.
- Maintain regular communication with representatives from our partner companies.
- Perform other duties as needed.
