Broker Assistant
Overview
The role provides agent support services to a top multifamily brokerage team, including, but not limited to transaction coordination, preparation of marketing materials, database management, performing market research, and basic agent support. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel. They should be able to manage multiple projects while working under deadlines. The position requires full-time employment in the office with no remote work.
Functions
- Data entry.
- Data research.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer in creation of marketing materials, proposals, email blasts, etc. via proprietary software.
- Assist in updating and maintaining client database.
- Communicate with clients and other real estate professionals
- Various administrative duties.
Education, Attributes and Experience
- Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Suite with good knowledge in Excel.
- Some experience with InDesign and Adobe programs preferable.
- Must be professional, detail oriented and possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work under pressure and learn new tasks independently.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
