Title: Field Marketing Specialist- Home Care
Description:
The Field Marketing Specialist will in promote Always Compassionate Health's home care services within Metro NYC. The primary role is to develop and execute marketing strategies to increase ACH's brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive business growth for the company.
***The position will be a combination of office and field/community-based work based in Upper Manhattan/Bronx/Lower Westchester.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting research to understand the local market trends, demographics, and competition to identify opportunities for growth
- Developing marketing plans and strategies tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the target audience
- Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, senior centers, hospitals, and other referral sources to generate referrals and leads
- Organizing and participating in community events, health fairs, and seminars to promote the home care services and educate the public about the benefits of home care
- Utilizing online channels such as social media, email marketing, and website optimization to reach and engage with potential clients and referral sources
- Building rapport with clients and their families, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with the home care services
- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, tracking leads and conversions, and providing regular reports to management on key performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or healthcare-related field
- Experience with healthcare sales and/or business development
- Experience in the hme care industry required
- Prior experience navigating the intake/admissions in home care (LHCSA experience preferred)
- Demonstated knowledge of DOH rules and regulations/insurance verification processes
- History of developing and and maintaining relationships with community partners and referral sources
