OraLabs, Inc, a leading supplier of personal care products, is seeking a proactive customer centric Inside Sales Coordinator to join our promotional products team. The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by processing sales orders, answering client inquiries, providing product information, generating quotes, and ensuring a smooth order process. Responsibilities:
- Enter customer sales orders into CRM system.
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, promptly and professionally.
- Provide product recommendations, pricing information, and order details to customers.
- Prepare and send quotes, samples, and product details to customers.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, order details, and order status in the CRM system.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns, issues, and inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of promotional products industry preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to go up and down stairs several times a day.
