We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to oversee and process payroll operations!

Requirements:Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process data entry for multi-state payroll under strict deadlines while ensuring all entries and system outputs are in compliance with all state and federal laws
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payrolls for more than 800 employees
- Review payroll inputs from various internal sources, to ensure accurate payroll processing for multiple payrolls
- Work with HR team to aggregate employee data relating to new hires, terminations & bonus payments during each pay period in order to accurately process payroll for that period
- Assist employees with online changes to taxes and direct deposit in Paylocity
- Audit current processes to reduce the number of payroll related errors
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Reconcile 401(k) contributions and funds to employee’s accounts
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc
- Assist finance department with payroll related accounting journal entries

Education and Experience:
Required:
- 3+ years of payroll administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
- Experience working with Paylocity
- Experience in the healthcare field

- Strong organizational and stress management skills
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Experience working in a growing organization
