Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant at Heart Matters Home Health Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting the office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. You will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to facilitate the efficient functioning of the agency.
Duties:
- Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls professionally
- Assist with office management tasks such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining supplies
- Transcribe documents accurately to support documentation needs
- Utilize computer literacy skills to input data, create reports, and assist with various projects
- Provide administrative support including clerical tasks, filing, faxing, printing, creating documents, etc.
-Keeping track of the time app for the employees.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is advantageous
- Proficiency in phone systems and office management procedures
- Strong ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
- Experience with order entry and project coordination is a plus
