Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated, self reliant and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a local, family-owned Water/Wastewater Supply Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office with a primary focus on Accounts Payables and offer general office administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Register and Pay incoming invoices to be paid
-Receive and cross check invoices to verify accuracy
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide general clerical support including emailing, filing, scanning, and copying documents
- Complete/File Driver's Manifest Records Monthly
Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask while keeping attention to detail
- Exceptional Mathematical Skills
