Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Beauty Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales drive.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with beauty product selection and purchases
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications (when applicable)
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Upsell products and services to meet sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and retail area
- Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse clientele
- Strong sales abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems for transactions
- Experience in front desk operations within a beauty or retail environment
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Skilled in conducting product demonstrations and makeup applications
- Familiarity with managing stock levels and inventory control
