About the Role*
The Founding Account Executive role at 11x is a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to excel in executing a fast-paced and strategic sales process, at a startup redefining the work of 'Sales' in the AI-age. Our team (with no prior sales experience) are closing 140% of quota and have demo’s booked out for weeks!

You will join a small team of elite senior SDRs who will be the foundation of our GTM team. It is lead by our VP of Sales, who has successfully built sales teams at two Silicon Valley unicorns and has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams, who’ve seen the journey from $5 to $500M ARR.

What You Will Do*

Deal Cycle Management: Proactively identify and screen potential customers, managing a high volume of sales cycles simultaneously, including prospecting, discovery, demo, and closing.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Value Selling: Articulate the unique value proposition of 11x’s products and services, aligning solutions with customer needs, and solving complex business challenges.
- Problem Solving: Address customer pain points and deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams including customer success and product to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements*

4+ years of direct B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close
- Successfully closing 20+ deals per quarter, averaging $30k in ACV
- Skilled in presenting value proposition to mid-market C-level executives and decision-makers
- Strong consultative sales approach with analytical and quantitative skills
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment e.g. top 10% in your sales org
- Highly adaptable to changes in a startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
