Position Summary:
MadeFirst is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion. This role will be based in either our Nashville or Los Angeles facility, ensuring seamless project management and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Attend site visits and document detailed notes of the venue/delivery site for accurate project planning.
- Maintain and manage project budgets, tracking labor and expenses billed against each project.
- Oversee all aspects of installation/load-in processes and manage project strikes.
- Utilize 3D modeling software, including Rhino 3D, VectorWorks, AutoCad, and SketchUp, to support project planning and execution.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of project management experience in event production, experiential marketing, or related industries.
- Ability to view models or read blueprints
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity w/ G Suite, slack, and Asana
- Ability to manage budgets up to $500k and track expenses accurately.
- Comfortable traveling for various shows across the country
- Ability to oversee installations/load-ins and manage strikes efficiently.
- Knowledge of various wood, plastics, fabrics, electronics and other scenic materials

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
