The Shipping/Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for scheduling of polymer daily from ports, scheduling and handling of waste been shipped, showing guidance with other employees that is working in shipping, Etc.

Follow all Safety Rules for Department and Entire Facility.

Must be familiar with all raw material and finished material flow in and out of the facility.

Responsible for inventory of tubes daily and requesting as needed, Etc.

Perform quality inspection of trucks being loaded and unloaded Etc.).

Back up for master batch consumption from production orders and inventory stock from SAP.
-
Back up for Receiving all Regular Polymer Bulk Trucks and entering into SAP for Inventory control.

Inventory control of waste bales, waste cones, etc. for management of stock and record keeping.

Responsible for scheduling polymer containers daily for multiple storage facilities.

Responsible for updating and maintaining appropriate log documentation for polymer, waste, truck moments, loading and unloading of trucks, Etc.

Operating a lift truck when needed (Squeeze or fork)

Responsible for Tecoing all false tickets made for waste bales and cone cases in SAP.

Assist Department Manager on any other task that may be asked of them.
- Maintain appropriate log documentation

Report any discrepancies to the Department Manager.

Be aware of Aquafil's Recycling Guidelines and Environmental Management Systems Policy (see supervisor if further explanation is needed).
