**Job Overview:** We are looking for a proficient Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance and facilities management operations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC, and demonstrate strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians. **Duties:** - Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment within the facility - Utilize schematics and diagrams to troubleshoot issues efficiently - Safely handle high voltage electrical systems - Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the maintenance staff - Fabricate parts when necessary to ensure continuous operations - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders accurately - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in designated areas following established procedures - Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Ensure safe handling and responsible use of cleaning chemicals - Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal practices - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment effectively - Adhere to all health and safety regulations for a secure work environment - Oversee maintenance of HVAC systems for optimal performance - Work with low voltage systems as required **Experience:** - Proven track record in maintaining industrial equipment and facilities - Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot effectively - Experience working with high voltage electrical systems safely - Proficiency in fabricating parts when needed for repairs - Familiarity with CMMS for efficient work order management - Expertise in HVAC systems maintenance for optimal functionality - Knowledge of best practices in facilities management - Experience handling low voltage systems efficiently This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment where your leadership skills will be highly valued.
