We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with outstanding communication and customer service skills who loves cats. The ideal candidate will have prior front desk experience within a veterinary hospital, possess a strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a very busy environment. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, checking clients in and out of the hospital, processing payments, answering telephones, filing, emailing/calling in prescriptions, client education, stocking pet food and maintaining the appearance of the front desk and lobby.
This is a full-time position that includes weekdays and some Saturday shifts. Benefits include health insurance, discounts on services and supplies for your pets and paid time off.
