Winston Hospitality is looking for Guest Service Representatives for its dual-branded 363 room AC Hotel by Marriott and Element by Westin in San Antonio, TX.

Job Responsibilities

Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
- Properly answer phones regarding guest requests, reservations, maintenance, etc. and handle accordingly
- Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival and departure
- Actively listen to and resolve complaints
- Multi-task between multiple programs efficiently
- Ensure all complaints/requests are registered on portal
- Inform clients of our hotel services
- Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered
- Ensure guest satisfaction is met
- Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see
- Establish friendly relationships with regular hotel clients
- Maintain relationships with local businesses and build partnerships to enhance the guest experience

Notice
Standing, bending, stooping, and lifting weights up to and including 25 lbs. may be required. The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
