The Role

Key to this role is the ability to foster enduring relationships while deepening the advisor and client experience. The Finance Operations Support Specialist's responsibilities include helping to be a partner for a group of financial representatives in running an efficient, productive, and profitable financial services practice. The Financial Planning Support Specialist will help to ensure that the operational needs of our advisors are met through planning and service activities. The Financial Planning Support Specialist will have developed activities using digital software tools and processes that reinforce our culture and meet our business goals of creating a memorable client experience. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team on overall development and working to build a productive and inclusive workspace for all.
Things you will do
- Collaborate with financial representatives to help them develop successful operational practices using proprietary software
- Identify opportunities for operational performance improvement within an advisor’s practice
- Correspond with our Home Office partners, financial representatives and clients, on an as needed basis, to gather the information needed in the policy approval process
- Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies
- Scrub and submit insurance applications and use technology to obtain all necessary signatures prior to submittal
- Input client information into our holistic planning software and Client Relationship Management (CRM) database
- Call to confirm appointments
- Develop models that help with decision-making
- Attend weekly development and team meetings to advance industry mastery

- Pay is $50,000+ (contingent on experience)
- Paid for Industry Licensing (to include study time & exam course material) if deemed necessary
