We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Plumbing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships within the commercial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Sell plumbing services to commercial businesses and residential homes in the Columbia/Lexington area.
- Manage accounts to maintain current service revenue streams and generate new revenues.
- Prospect, qualify, and close multiple opportunities while maintaining ongoing business partner relationships.
- Generate leads through cold calling and referrals.
- Participate in business networking groups within the assigned territory.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Monitor competition and gather current marketplace information.
- Submit orders, paperwork, and activity reports as required.
Commercial Plumbing Sales Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspect plans and specifications of projects.
- Prepare transmittals, distribute plans, specifications, and addenda to subcontractors during the bid process.
- Plan detailed quantity surveys and complete scope.
- Prepare master budgets and cost models for projects.
- Provide abstract project estimates.
- Discuss with employers, suppliers, or other involved parties to review estimates and resolve issues.

Education and Experience:
- Four-year degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience within the plumbing industry preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay of $50,000 - $60,000 plus commission (expected yearly earnings $85,000 - $105,000)
- Full benefits including 401K, company vehicle, and cell phone.
