A well-established Logistics Warehouse in the Pasadena/La Porte area is looking to have a new Logistics Account Specialist to join their team!
The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with customers on a regular basis and has experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain and control procedures and inventory based on Customer requirements.
-Processing of Customer orders.
-Reconciling BOLs.
-Scheduling of carriers.
-Invoicing and verifying rates.
-Reconcile physical inventories in accordance with Customer and company requirements.
-Follow through on Customer requests.
-Maintain reconciliation between customer and warehouse.
Experience:
-Must have experience working in the logistics and supply chain industry working with customer accounts.
-Able to communicate effectively via phone and email.
The Benefits:
Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be flexible with hours
Pay Rate: $16/HR
