We are a growing company that has expanded into handling venues and restaurants. **Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Catering Coordinator Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, catering, and delivering exceptional customer service. If you have experience in the hospitality industry and enjoy creating memorable experiences for clients, we want to hear from you.
**Duties:**
- Attention to Detail & work with & Train with the Director of Sales-Natalie Andrews
- Excellent Customer Service Skills both Written & Oral
- Willing to adapt to a flexible schedule
- MUST HAVE COMPUTER SKILLS- WINDOWS BASED APPLICATION-Plus able to work with all Social Media sites
- Motivated & Positive Attitude to work will with all Departments in the Company
- Must be able to work some week-ends for Catering Events
- must maintain a clean & organized desk and phone log to help Natalie with catering clients.
**Requirements:**
- REQUIRED- TO HAVE 2 YEARS WORKING WITH A CATERING COMPANY IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE SALES OR MANAGING EVENTS WITH CLIENTS OR OPERATING/WORKING FOR A CATERING VENUE RUNNING EVENTS FOR VENUE!
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Familiarity with banquet services and event coordination

TO START: THIS IS AN HOURLY POSTION WITHIN THE COMPANY AT AN ENTRY LEVEL ASSISTANT TO THE COMPANY AND SALES DEPARTMENT. YOUR HOURLY PAY WILL BE BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCE-DURING YOU TRAINING PERIOD WITH OUR DIRECTOR OF SALES.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Events management: 2 years (Required)
