Job Summary:

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and service. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Skills:
- Extensive experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience in catering or hospitality management is a plus
