Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team at ICANotes. As a Lead UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design for our behavioral health Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform.
Responsibilities:

Lead the design efforts for our behavioral health EHR platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all aspects of the product.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, success metrics, and technical constraints.

Translate user insights, research findings, and business goals into high-quality UX/UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve the product's design.

Facilitate or oversee collaboration exercises, such as user journey mapping and brainstorming workshops, appropriate to the design phase.

Mentor and support other designers within the company, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for skill development.

Maintain design consistency and standards throughout the product and contribute to the evolution of our design system.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related experience.

6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.

Experience working in the healthcare or EHR industry is highly desirable, particularly in behavioral health.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

Proven track record of mentoring and coaching other designers, fostering their growth and development.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
