· Manage timesheet collection and review, and verify payrates,
· Manage employee scheduling, both for ongoing job sites and special events, ensuring that time-off requests are integrated into schedule, and communicating schedules to clients as appropriate,
· Monitor daily schedule to ensure all employees have reported to work on time, determine if tardy employees are coming to work, and arrange for substitutions when needed,
· Assist with new employee onboarding functions, including collecting paperwork, data entry, initiating background checks and drug screenings, creating ID cards, and disbursing uniforms and duty gear,
· Assist with the coordination of employee training, including scheduling, delivery, documentation and when appropriate resulting credentials,
· Serve as company quartermaster, including managing uniform and duty gear inventory, and ordering equipment/supplies as needed,
· Perform data entry, document scanning, and documentation uploads,
· Answer the phone and be friendly and respectful towards clients, potential clients, employees, and others,
· Answer various inquiries, including working with the Director of Operations to provide job quotes,
· Provide administrative support to senior team members as needed,
· Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
