Responsibilities:
The Lin Lab has an open Post-Doctoral Research Fellow position to work on combing multiplexed CRISPR screening with high-content read-outs such as single-cell RNA sequencing and epigenomic profiling on FFPE samples to study the molecular mechanism underlying cancer development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in (epi)genomic technologies and CRISPR approaches, and ideally both. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on novel genetic technologies and leading-edge research problems in hematologic malignancies and colorectal cancer: develop multiplexed CRISPR screening platform for systematically mapping oncogenic regulatory networks; profiling regulatory landscapes on a large cohort of FFPE cancer samples to study the mutations drivers; work with computational researchers to develop disease risk scores by modelling oncogenic regulatory networks.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must have a PhD and/or MD (or equivalent) with training in one of these areas: molecular biology, hematopoiesis, cancer genomics, or other related fields.

Strong research experience in (epi)genomic technology; CRISPR technology is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $67,728 to $100,000 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.
