As a key member of our location-based leadership team, you will be responsible for marketing our innovative solutions to Healthcare, Business & Industry, and Higher Education facilities including hospitals, corporate centers, outpatient facilities, colleges, and universities.

Overview:
The Marketing Director is responsible for implementing brand strategy and campaigns. This position is accountable for building a marketing plan around contemporary marketing principles and specific market acceptability. The Marketing Director’s primary duty is to create and oversee all of the marketing ventures, activities, medias, venues, and strategy. The Marketing Director conducts competitor research and also researches the demand for our organization’s services and products to strengthen the company’s market presence. This position sets goals to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the brand development to bolster brand identity and loyalty
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements. Utilize data to develop strategies to address
- Coordinate and attend conferences to showcase and market our product line. Develop the marketing materials and strategies for each conference. Plan and manage editorial calendar of major industry magazines for article and ad insertions
- Develop a yearly calendar of events with corresponding budgets for appropriate conferences, marketing releases, and systemic marketing activities
- Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement of marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
- Review data and prepare marketing reports for leadership and all key stakeholders
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities and to drive lead generation through webinars, optimized web content, social media, blogging, email campaigns, SEO, and events, google ads, etc. Consistently update all marketing media venues to reflect current state for content, market interest, and contemporary resources
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design, website design/content and organizing the company’s publications, including social media opportunities. Identifying other resources such as digital marketing to optimize our opportunities
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects. Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with internal team as well as outside resources to develop thought leadership gated technical content and support of new product development. Contribute to the go to market plans for new innovations/products for the marketing of such
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
Strong verbal and written communications skills, listening and teamwork skills, and effective presentation skills. Ability to engage all organizational levels including C suite prospects
Proficiency in data and financial analytics and creating effective and visually appealing presentations
High energy and a progressive strategic approach to business strategies and marketing
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze problems and create viable solutions
Ability to conduct market research and identify current and predictive trends in marketing
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree or a level of knowledge equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technical, or a related field
Master’s Degree preferred
