Job Title: Designer/Sales Representative
Dk’s Kitchens & Baths is seeking a professional, detail oriented, and motivated individual to fill a full-time Designer/Sales position. This includes the full (20/20) design renderings of the project (closet systems, cabinets etc.) and flooring sales.
Standard Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
1. Cabinetry Design & Sales
- Assists walk-in customers identify their needs in regard of cabinetry, flooring and countertops
- Answer all questions about our products and services
- Work closely with customers to start a design
- Identify product lines within customer’s budget
- Provide prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service to all clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed project/meeting notes and drawings
- Manage client expectations and satisfaction from initial consultation to final installation
- Required to collaborate with Homeowners, Contractors, Builders
- Complete 20/20 or Mozaik design renderings for customer approval
- Understand/interpret blueprints and drawings
- Must be able to complete the entire design (Cabinetry, Countertops, appliances, etc.)
- Order, track, and account for all purchased items for each project
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prioritize and handle multiple projects at a time
- Solve problems, create solutions
Flooring Sales
-Educate customers on different flooring types
-Create estimates for customer's flooring projects
Education

Computer Skills:
20/20 Design (minimum 3 years of experience)
Mozaik CNC CAD (Not required, but willing to learn)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
QuickBooks (minimum 1 year of experience)
