Office Manager Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated, positive and highly organized individual to assist our busy forklift parts office.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' experience in the administrative support field. Applicants with previous experience in the Material Handling industry would be highly considered.
- Meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with office technology (printers, copiers, scanners, and computers.)
- Basic Accounting tasks/ Proficiency using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Creativity and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to build organizational systems
- Strong task and time management skills.
- Policy and procedure implementation
- Strategic planning
- Operational improvement of day to day duties.
- Problem resolution
- Staff management
- Scheduling parts deliveries
- Maintaining all warehouse inventory
- Placing restock and customer orders. Ability to lift 25lbs is required.
- Implement, set and enforce internal policies to maintain efficiency and optimal responsiveness to demands-
- Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
