Lithos Energy designs and builds advanced lithium-ion battery packs from the ground up for use in high-performance automotive, marine and aerospace applications. We build the things we design and manufacture in-house, in California. B.S. or M.S. Eng and 10+ years relevant work experience.
5+ years experience leading complex multi-disciplinary engineering programs.
Broad knowledge of battery system functions - BMS functions, performance, thermals, safety concerns
Excellent understanding of product development lifecycle, validation process, expectations and required maturity level at each phase.
Comfortable engaging with and providing direction to all disciplines including ME, EE, SW/FW, and Cell Performance. Able to understand the needs and challenges for each, able to direct work at a high level, manage risk and drive optimal output.
Excellent technical communication skills.
