Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required within 30 days of hire. We will help get you licensed.
- Our sales teams have been built with individuals from various backgrounds, many of whom did not have previous sales or insurance experience. Experience is not a requirement, but a plus.
- Must be coachable and an excellent communicator.
- Self-motivated and driven by sales.
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with a team.
- Willing and able to prospect and network to seek new sales prospects.
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals
- Creating relationships from a cold start
- Professional phone etiquette
