We are offering a paid internship for bilingual new real estate agents (or in the process of completing their real estate license in Texas). We will train you, equip you, and help you launch/grow your real estate career while getting a stipend as you transition into full-time independent agents. Once trained we will provide you with leads and help you become a top producer. You will shadow top-performing agents and assist with the daily responsibilities of a real estate office. Some of your responsibilities, requirements, and learning will consist of:
- Organize and keep transactions on track
- Must have a real estate license or finishing your licensing classes
- Learn all the layers of the real estate business
- Work with agents/brokers
- Support the office sale systems in the maintenance, documentation, and follow-up of all their escrow related paperwork
- Review all documents to verify correct signatures and dates and ensure deadlines are completed in a timely manner
- Acquire seller approval for all offers and counters made by the buyer
- Collaborate with the escrow officer and selling agent to collect all appropriate documentation to close files
- Contact the appropriate agent to obtain missing documents needed on file
- Act as a liaison between agents to acquire disclosures
- Efficiently completes all assigned office duties
- Manage all communication with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies from contract to close for all transactions
- Weekly client and agent phone calls, emails, and texts
- Update CRM and transaction tool throughout the contract to close the process
- Follow up with leads and complete notes on each contact
- Show listings and hold open houses (if licensed)
- Pick up live calls, vet customers, put them in contact with the appropriate source (agent/broker/lender), and make every effort to convert them into clients.
- Set appointments for showings with qualified customers/clients (we are the exclusive agent/broker for that customer/client)
- Send all disclosures in a timely fashion ensuring compliance
- Understand the Real Estate process from prospecting to contract to close
- The stipend will depend on experience and results
