The Data Processor role is responsible for accurately and in a timely manner, enter ministry data into our church management system. This includes data hygiene which consists of verifying, correcting, and updating congregant supplied data. The Data Processor provides support to our Leadership by ensuring that accurate data is being tracked and stored within our database.
What You Will Do:

Assembles, enters, and updates congregant data into our database

Maintains manual records of congregant entries, exits, and updates on a daily basis.

Assists in the maintenance of event record keeping and database entries

Researches, verifies, corrects, duplicate and default contact records

Proficient in excel and other datasheet software applications
- Ability to format and present metrics in user friendly reports
- Review data for accuracy and completeness before entry.

Ensure confidentiality and security of congregant information.

Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.

Identify opportunities for process improvements or efficiency gains in data entry procedures.

Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing data entry systems or software.

Participate in training programs to enhance data entry skills and knowledge of database principles.
Skills Needed to Succeed:

High school diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate

Ability to effectively use computers

Proficient with Microsoft office, adept skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. Proficient in Google Drive usage: Google sheets, Google docs, and Google forms development, organization, and management

- Desire candidates to have experience with Ministry Platform or other Church Management Systems (CHMS), but not required
