Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define the vision, goals, and roadmap for transformation initiatives
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive transformational initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Program management
- Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects, focusing on the Quote-to-Cash transformational program, and provides a single point of contact for complex large-scale projects.
- Drives projects/programs from original concept through final implementation, managing the deliverables of work stream owners and team members.
- Partners and collaborates with stakeholders throughout the business unit and other units to gain consensus and drive project completion.
- May participate in vendor selection at the program level and manages the integration of vendor tasks, tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
- Develops processes across programs and ensures consistent implementation.
- Consult with management to determine goals, negotiate roadmaps, funding limitations, staffing requirements and allotment of resources.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
- Conducts and leads project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and problem resolution.
Stakeholder engagement
- Partners with internal and external customers, business partners, and others to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs related to the project, driving results.
Team support & best practices
- Supports and trains other program team members related to PM best practices. Monitor deliverables of key milestones. Collaborate with work stream leads and project team members to ensure on time, quality delivery.
Performance metrics and reporting
- Drive, under supervision of the Senior Leader Proposal Management & Strategic Contracting, the definition of Q2C dashboards to monitor end-to-end performance of revenue generating deals.
Continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of continuous improvements by identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency
- Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and apply insights to future initiatives.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field; or equivalent work experience. MBA highly desirable
- Management consulting at the consultant or senior consultant level highly valuable
- Certification in a related project management discipline preferred
- Typically has 5+ years of directly related/project management experience.
- Thorough understanding of current technologies and methodologies to plan and communicate effectively with project team and sponsors.
- Stakeholder relationship management experience; proven track record establishing a trusted advisor relationship with customers/business partners
- Advanced critical reasoning/thinking ability, understanding cause-effect implications, as well as worst/best case scenarios
- Strong negotiations skills, ability to influence others
- Strong ability to engage at all levels across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholder groups
- Strong ability to work effectively across functions, business units, cultures, and time-zones
- A sense of urgency and pace, managing milestones with the capacity to prioritize/align conflicting demands
- Solid organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High degree of comfort acting as a central point of contact and first point of escalation for issues, disputes, and requests
- Must be able to think and plan strategically and globally; yet possess a detail-oriented, pragmatic management approach
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to apply logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and identify/quantify issues and risks.
- Ability to manage and drive change
- Self-directed and results-oriented; strong bias for execution
- Stature, passion and adeptness to have an immediate impact
- Oral communication skills sufficient to explain business needs to stakeholders and team members.
- Written communication skills sufficient to create complex program/project plans and other project documentation.
- I ntermediate to advanced excel skillsets (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup)
